These guys saved Christmas for my driver, my driver ran into very poor fuel and the truck stalled and froze near Jacksonville IL, the guys spent all Friday and night from Friday to Saturday warming the truck up all night and changing the fuel filters several times. In the end, the truck started and the driver went home to Michigan. Duzzys provided the driver with extra filters as well as their tools in case the driver had to change the filter on the road. I recommend their service to everyone, and to be honest, I have never met such people who do the work without even issuing additional bills.

Very professional and polite… A very awesome job well done for me today. I was at the Love’s Travel Stop when my Carrier Reefer Unit went into shutdown mode, with my Alternator not charging, the mechanic from Duzzy’s was onsite within 25 minutes of my companies call, to repair the issue, which actually was two issues not just the Alternator, but the battery was also bad and was replaced. You would have to be crazy not to call this guy, about 2 1/2 hours work, a rebuilt alternator, plus a battery, with install, setting aside also the road call out fee, and milage to get to me and a total bill only $485.00 with all parts labor and fees included. Plus a mechanic who is a pleasure to work with, and talk to if the unfortunate ever happens to me again in his area I’ll definitely be calling him again first.

I had some ABS issues last night on my trailer. They came out (him and his daughter) and they took care of both my ABS issue and they were able to fix my busted APU that nobody seemed to be able to do! They were an amazing team and just awesome to watch. We joked around while they were working and it was the best part of my day actually. I was very impressed with his knowledge and hers as well. She has a bright future ahead of her if she keeps up the great work (and I’m sure she will). You guys are awesome! Thank you both so very much.
